Java Alert!
The recently released Sun JRE versions 6 Update 10 and 11 appear to be unstable and may cause the browser to crash.
For best results choose a version between JRE v5 Update 10 and v6 Update 7.
Uninstall any JRE versions 6 Update 10 and higher.

Windows XP and Internet Explorer 7 Terminal Services (RDP) Fix!
Due to a recent Windows XP update, the Terminal Services (RDP) ActiveX browser Add-On may not launch correctly. If you find that you are unable to install/activate the RDP ActiveX control and/or connect to the PC's in a LabGear Lab, please click the link below and try the troubleshooting procedure. This issue seems to be limited to XP and IE7 only.
